About the Author

Briana LeClerc is a writer and mother living in Southern Vermont with her husband, three young children, and golden retriever. She studied English and Art History at Gettysburg College and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. In her twenties, Bri worked in advertising in New York City before shifting careers to work for her family's fifth generation jewelry business in Northern New Jersey. Bri spent five years working alongside family - studying diamonds and training under major Swiss watch companies.
After becoming a mother, Bri made the difficult decision to leave her family's business to focus her time on raising her young children. It was then, during nap time, that she began writing again. Her debut novel, MAYBE WE MEANT IT, draws on her own experiences with motherhood, love, and the places that have shaped her identity over the years. She is passionate about supporting other mothers in their creative pursuits and believes that motherhood can unlock exactly who we were always meant to be.
You can follow Bri's life in Vermont via her Substack, Les Monts Vert, which translates to the green mountains in French.
